لمن صدر ضده قرار تأديبى بشطب اسمه من جدول الصحفيين أن يطلب من لجنة القيد بعد مضى خمس سنوات كاملة على الأقل قيد اسمه فى الجدول . فإذا رأت اللجنة أن المدة التى مضت من وقت صدور القرار بشطب اسمه كافية لإصلاح شأنه وإزالة أثر ما وقع منه ، أمرت بقيد اسمه فى الجدول وحسبت أقدميته من تاريخ القيد الأخير .
