لهيئة التأديب ، وللصحفى أو من يوكله ، أن يكلفوا بالحضور الشهود الذين يرون فائدة من سماع شهاداتهم . فإذا تخلف أحد من الشهود عن الحضور أو حضر وامتنع عن أداء الشهادة جاز للهيئة أن تحيله إلى النيابة العامة لمعاقبته بالعقوبات المقررة فى قانون الإجراءات الجنائية فى مواد الجنح .
