للعضو المقدم للمحاكمة التأديبية أن يحضر بنفسه أو يستعين بمحام للدفاع عنه ، وللهيئة التأديبية أن تأمر بحضور العضو شخصيا .
فإذا تأخر عن الحضور بغير عذر مقبول أعيد إعلانه ، فإذا لم يحضر حوكم غيابيا .
وتكون المحاكمة التأديبية سرية ولا يجوز نشر ما دار فيها إلا بتصريح من الهيئة التأديبية .
