إذا قضى بقبول الطعن فى صحة انعقاد الجمعية العمومية بطلت قراراتها وأعيدت دعوتها إلى الاجتماع خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ الحكم . وتدعى كذلك فى هذا الأجل فى حالة الحكم ببطلان الانتخاب بالنسبة إلى النقيب أو ثلاثة فأكثر من أعضاء المجلس لانتخاب من يحل محلهم .
