تتكون الجمعية العمومية للنقابة الفرعية من الصحفيين المشتغلين فى دائرة اختصاصها الذين لهم حق حضور الجمعية العمومية للنقابة .
وتباشر الجمعية العمومية للنقابة الفرعية فى دائرة اختصاصها الاختصاصات المقررة للجمعية العمومية للنقابة المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٣٣ من هذا القانون .
وتحدد اللائحة الداخلية للنقابة شروط وأوضاع انعقادها .
