لا يكون اجتماع الجمعية العمومية صحيحا إلا إذا حضره نصف الأعضاء على الأقل فإذا لم يتوافر هذا العدد أجل الاجتماع أسبوعين مع إعادة إعلان الأعضاء بالموعد الجديد . ويكون انعقادها الثانى صحيحا إذا حضره ربع عدد من الأعضاء ، والا تتكرر الدعوة حتى يكتمل هذا العدد .
