تتكون موارد النقابة مما يأتى :
( ١ ) رسوم القيد فى جداول النقابة .
(ب) الاشتراكات السنوية للأعضاء وفوائد الاشتراكات المتأخرة .
( ج ) حصيلة رسوم الدمغة الصحفية .
( د ) إيرادات النقابة من أكشاك بيع الصحف المقصور حق استغلالها على النقابة .
( ه ) عائد استثمار أموال النقابة .
( و ) الإعانات والتبرعات والهبات .
( ز ) أى موارد أخرى .
