يشمل الجدول جميع الصحفيين المقيدة أسماؤهم في الجدول والجداول الفرعية عند صدور هذا القانون ، المرخص لهم بالعمل في الصحافة من الاتحاد الاشتراكي العربي ، مرتبة أسماؤهم وفقا لتواريخ القيد ، بشرط أن يتقدموا خلال الشهور الثلاثة التالية لإصداره بطلب قيد جديد بغير رسوم .
