مع عدم الإخلال بأى عقوبة أشد يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادتين ٦٥ ، ١٠٣ بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة و بغرامة لا تتجاوز ٣٠٠ جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
ويعاقب بنفس العقوبة كل شخص غير مقيد في جداول النقابة ينتحل لقب الصحفي .
وتؤول حصيلة هذه الغرامات إلى صندوق المعاشات والإعانات في النقابة .
