مع عدم الإخلال بما تقضي به المادة ١٠٨ إذا فصلت المؤسسة الصحفية أو مالك الصحيفة الصحفي قبل انتهاء مدة العقد لزمه أجره عن باقي المدة التي لا يجد فيها عملا ، فإذا فصله دون اتباع ما تنص عليه المادة السابقة لزمه أجره عن باقي مدة العقد .
