للصحفي الحصول على إجازات بأجر كامل على النحو الآتي :
( أ ) شهر على الأقل في السنة إذا كانت مدة قيده في جدول النقابة لا تتجاوز عشر سنوات ، فإذا زادت على عشر سنوات كانت الأجازة خمسة وأربعين يوما .
( ب ) يوم كل أسبوع .
( ج ) سبعة أيام عارضة سنويا .
