Article 12 of the Technological Universities Law

يتولى إدارة الجامعة التكنولوجية :
١ - مجلس الجامعة .
٢ - رئيس الجامعة .
ويتولى إدارة كل كلية أو معهد تكنولوجى تابع للجامعة :
١ - مجلس الكلية أو المعهد .
٢ - عميد الكلية أو المعهد .
كما يتولى إدارة كل قسم علمى من الأقسام التابعة للكليات أو المعاهد التكنولوجية :
١ - مجلس القسم .
٢ - رئيس مجلس القسم .
