يعمل فى شأن الاستثمار فى جمهورية مصر العربية بأحكام القانون المرافق .
وتسرى أحكامه على الاستثمار المحلى والأجنبى أيا كان حجمه، ويكون الاستثمار
وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون، إما بنظام الاستثمار الداخلى، أو بنظام المناطق الاستثمارية
أو بنظام المناطق التكنولوجية، أو بنظام المناطق الحرة .
