يعاقب المسئول عن الإدارة الفعلية للشخص الاعتبارى على مخالفة حكم البند رقم (١٤)
من المادة (٧٤) من هذا القانون بالغرامة التى لا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه ، إذا ثبت علمه
بالمخالفة وكان إخلاله بالواجبات التى تفرضها عليه تلك الإدارة قد أسهم فى وقوع الجريمة .
