تجوز تسوية منازعات الاستثمار المتعلقة بتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون بالطريقة التى يتفق عليها مع المستثمر أو وفقا لأحكام قانون التحكيم فى المواد المدنية والتجارية الصادر بالقانون رقم ٢٧ لسنة ١٩٩٤
كما يجوز للطرفين، فى أى وقت من الأوقات خلال النزاع، الاتفاق على التماس سبل التسوية بمختلف أنواعها طبقا للقواعد المعمول بها لتسوية المنازعات، بما فى ذلك اللجوء إلى التحكيم غير المؤسسى (الحر)، أو التحكيم المؤسسى .
