تتمتع جميع المشروعات الاستثمارية الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون، سواء المقامة قبل العمل بأحكامه أو بعده، أيا كان النظام القانونى الخاضعة له، بالحوافز العامة الواردة فى هذا الفصل، وذلك فيما عدا المشروعات المقامة بنظام المناطق الحرة .
