تنشأ بالهيئة لجنة أوأكثر لنظر التظلمات من القرارات الصادرة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون من الهيئة أو الجهات المختصة بمنح الموافقات والتصاريح والتراخيص .
وتشكل اللجنة برئاسة مستشار من إحدى الجهات القضائية تحدده المجالس الخاصة بتلك الجهات وعضوية ممثل عن الهيئة وأحد ذوى الخبرة .
ويصدر بتشكيل اللجنة ونظام عملها وأمانتها الفنية قرار من الوزير المختص .
