استثناء من أحكام المادة (٤٥) من قانون شركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٥٩ لسنة ١٩٨١، يجوز تداول حصص التأسيس والأسهم لشركات الأموال الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون، خلال السنتين الماليتين الأوليين للشركة بموافقة الوزير المختص.
