يؤدى المستثمر للهيئة جميع الرسوم وغيرها من المبالغ التى تفرضها القوانين ، لحساب
الجهات التى تقدم خدمات الاستثمار .
وتستحق الهيئة مقابلا لما تؤديه للمستثمرين من خدمات فعلية ، ويصدر
مجلس إدارة الهيئة قرارا بتحديد فئات هذا المقابل والقواعد والشروط والإجراءات
المنظمة لتحصيله .
