يختص الرئيس التنفيذى للهيئة أو من يفوضه بإصدار الشهادة اللازمة للتمتع بالحوافز
المنصوص عليها فى المواد (١٠ ، ١١ ، ١٣) للشركات والمنشآت الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون .
وتعتبر هذه الشهادة نهائية ونافذة بذاتها دون حاجة إلى موافقة جهات أخرى ويتعين
على جميع الجهات العمل بموجبها والالتزام بما ورد بها من بيانات .
