يصدر بتحديد الحد الأقصى لأسعار التأمين المنصوص عليها فى المادة (١)
من هذا القانون قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة المصرية للرقابة على التأمين ،
وذلك استنادا إلى الدراسات الفنية والاكتوارية التى تعد فى هذا الشأن
ومع ذلك يجوز للهيئة تحديد أسعار إضافية لهذا التأمين فى الحالات التى تزيد فيها
المخاطر التأمينية ، وذلك كله بعد أخذ رأى وزارة الداخلية وموافقة رئيس مجلس الوزراء .
وعلى شركات التأمين الالتزام بهذه الأسعار فى الوثائق التى تصدرها .
