مع مراعاة حكم المادة (٢) من هذا القانون يتم التأمين لدى إحدى شركات التأمين
المسجلة لدى الهيئة المصرية للرقابة على التأمين والمرخص لها فى مزاولة فرع تأمين السيارات
وتأمينات المسئوليات المتعلقة بها طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم ١٠ لسنة ١٩٨١ .
وتلتزم هذه الشركات بقبول التأمين المشار إليه وبإصدار الوثائق الخاصة به .
