يصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بقواعد توفيق الأوضاع بالنسبة للمنشآت والشركات العاملة
فى مجال الرياضة خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون . ويلتزم أصحاب هذه المنشآت
والشركات بتوفيق أوضاعهم وفقا لأحكام القرار الصادر فى هذا الشأن خلال مدة سنتين ،
تبدأ من تاريخ العمل بالقرار المشار إليه .
