يعاقب المسئول عن الإدارة الفعلية للشخص الاعتبارى بذات العقوبات المقررة
عن الأفعال التى ترتكب بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون أو أى قانون آخر متى ثبت علمه بها
وكان إخلاله بالواجبات التى تفرضها عليه تلك الإدارة قد ساهم فى وقوع الجريمة بأى صورة
من صور المساهمة.
ويكون الشخص الاعتبارى مسئولا بالتضامن عن الوفاء بما يحكم به من عقوبات
مالية وتعويضات.
