يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه
ولا تزيد على ثلاثين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من استخدام أيا من الأشياء
المنصوص عليها فى البند (٢) من المادة (٨٦) داخل الأماكن المذكورة فيها وترتب على ذلك
إصابة أحد الأشخاص ، فإذا ترتب على تلك الإصابة عاهة مستديمة أو أفضت إلى موت
يعاقب عليها وفقا لأحكام قانون العقوبات .
