تثبت الشخصية الاعتبارية للهيئة الرياضية بمجرد شهر نظامها طبقا لهذا القانون ، ويتم الشهر بالقيد في السجل المعد لذلك ، وينشر النظام الأساسي في الوقائع المصرية ، وتكون مسئولية المؤسسين عن أعمالها بالتضامن حتى إتمام الشهر .
