تقدم أوراق الشهر إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة ، ويجب أن يبت في طلب الشهر خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ تقديم الأوراق إليها مستوفاة ، وإذا انقضت المدة المقررة دون البت في طلب الشهر ، يعد ذلك قبولا للطلب .
