Article 24 of the Sports Law

يكون لكل هيئة رياضية موازنة عن سنة مالية ، تبدأ من أول يوليو وتنتهي في آخر يونيو
من كل عام ، فإذا جاوزت مصروفاتها أو إيراداتها مائة ألف جنيه ، وجب على مجلس الإدارة
عرض المركز المالي والحسابات الختامية على أحد المحاسبين القانونيين المرخص لهم
في مزاولة مهنة المحاسبة والمراجعة مشفوعا بالمستندات لفحصه وتقديم تقرير عنه قبل انعقاد
الجمعية العمومية في اجتماعها السنوي بشهر على الأقل .
