يكون لكل هيئة رياضية جمعية عمومية ، تتكون من الأعضاء العاملين ، وتثبت لهم
العضوية من تاريخ أداء الالتزامات الخاصة بشروط العضوية كافة .
وتتكون الجمعية العمومية للأندية الرياضية من الأعضاء العاملين المسددين لما عليهم
من التزامات مالية خاصة بالعضوية قبل التاريخ المحدد لانعقاد الجمعية العمومية
وفقا للنظام الأساسي للنادي .
