للجهة الإدارية المختصة مراقبة المنشآت الرياضية التابعة للهيئات الرياضية للتأكد من تطبيق المعايير المعتمدة في إجراءات الأمن والسلامة والخدمات الخاصة بتلك المنشآت ، ولها أن تصدر إنذارا بالمخالفات حال عدم توافر معايير الأمن والسلامة وطلب إغلاق المنشأة ، على أن يصدر قرار غلق المنشأة من الوزير المختص مسببا .
