يحظر على المعالج النفسى بأى حال من الأحوال تشخيص الأمراض أو علاجها
أو مباشرة أى علاج عضوى مما لا يجوز لغير الأطباء مزاولته ، كما يحظر عليه الكشف
على جسم المريض أو كتابة أى وصفات طبية أو دوائية له .
