يحق للطبيب النفسى المسئول أن يصرح بإعطاء المرضى الخاضعين لقرارات الدخول
والعلاج الإلزامى إجازات علاجية بالشروط والإجراءات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
ويستمر المريض فى تلك الحالة خاضعا لقرارات الدخول والعلاج الإلزامى .
وفى حالة تخلف المريض الحاصل على إجازة علاجية عن الحضور إلى المنشأة فى نهاية
المدة المحددة لإجازته تبلغ الشرطة عنه لإعادته مرة أخرى .
