يجوز الطعن وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ العمل به فى القرارات الإدارية النهائية التى تم نشرها أو إعلانها لذوى الشأن خلال المدة من تاريخ العمل بالقانون رقم ٩٦ لسنة ١٩٧١ المشار إليه حتى تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون .
