يكون إعلان الطاعن بميعاد ومكان جلسة اللجنة القضائية قبل انعقادها بمدة لا تقل عن خمسة عشر يوما .
ويجوز للطاعن الاستعانة بأحد المحامين لمعاونته فى دفاعه فى أية مرحلة من مراحل الدعوى .
ويجوز للجنة أن تصدر قرارها فى غيبة الطاعن متى ثبت لها أنه أعلن بالحضور وتخلف دون عذر مقبول .
