المشار إليه اعتبارا من ٢٦ من فبراير سنة ١٩٥٦ ، ويعفى أصحاب الشأن
من دفع المبالغ التى كانت استحقت عليهم بمقتضى القرار رقم ٢٧٧
لسنة ١٩٥٦ المشار إليه زيادة على هذه الفئات .
