Article 13 of the Vacant Estates Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادة ٣ بغرامة لا تجاوز
عشرة جنيهات كما يعاقب كل من أخفى بسوء نية مالا منقولا أو مستندات
تتعلق بأموال التركة بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة وبغرامة لا تجاوز ٥٠٠ جنيه
أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
