والجرد والتقدير والإدارة والتصفية وأجور أهل الخبرة وغيرها من المصروفات
التى تؤديها الخزانة حق الامتياز فى مرتبة المصروفات القضائية ويحتج
بها على كل من استفاد من هذه الإجراءات .
