تؤول إلى الدولة ملكية التركات الشاغرة الكائنة بالجمهورية
العربية المتحدة والتى يخلفها المتوفون من غير وارث أيا كانت جنسيتهم
وذلك من تاريخ وفاتهم .
وتعد الإدارة العامة لبيت المال بوزارة الخزانة قوائم عن العقارات
التى تتضمنها هذه التركات وتشهر بدون رسم .
