اذا غير الموصى معالم العين الموصى بها او زاد في عمارتها شيئا مما لا يستقل بنفسة كالمرمة والتخصيص كانت العين كلها وصية .
واذا كانت الزيادة مما يستقل بنفسة كالغراس والبناء شارك الورثه الموصى له في كل العين بقيمة الزيادة قائمة .
