لا تبطل الوصية بردها قبل موت الموصي . فاذا رد الموصي له الوصية كلها او بعضها بعد الموت وقبل القبول بطلت فيما رد واذا ردها كلها او بعضها بعد الموت والقبول وقبل منه ذلك احد من الورثة وانفسخت الوصية وان لم يقبل منه ذلك احد منهم بطل ردة .
