تضاف إلى المادة ١٤ من القانون رقم ١ لسنة ١٩٤٨ المشار إليه فقرة أخيرة نصها الآتي :
" مادة ١٤ فقرة أخيرة ويجوز استئناف الحكم الصادر في المعارضة في ميعاد خمسة عشر يوما من يوم صدوره وإلا سقط الحق في الطعن " .
