Article 3 of the Notarisation and Registration Fees Law

يفرض على المحررات المطلوب توثيقها ( الإشهادات ) رسم قدره مائة قرش عن الورقة الأولى منه وعشرون قرشا عن كل ورقة تالية .
ويفرض على كل إشهاد بتوكيل أو عزل من الوكالة رسم قدره أربعون قرشا عن الورقة الأولى منه ، وعشرة قروش عن كل ورقة تالية ويتعدد هذا الرسم بتعدد المشهدين .
ويفرض على إشهادات الحالة المدنية والتوكيلات المتعلقة بها الرسم الوارد بالجدول حرف ( ج ) المرفق بهذا القانون .
