( ١ ) توثيق المحررات .
( ٢ ) التصديق على التوقيعات .
( ٣ ) الصور الفوتوغرافية والخطية والشهادات والملخصات .
( ٤ ) التأشيرات الهامشية .
( ٥ ) البحث في السجلات والفهارس .
( ٦ ) الاطلاع ( الكشف النظري ) .
( ٧ ) الانتقال في حالة توثيق المحررات أو التصديق على التوقيعات .
( ٨ ) إثبات التواريخ .
( ٩ ) الترجمة .
( ١٠ ) التأشير في الدفاتر التجارية .
( ١١ ) المراجعة .
( ١٢ ) طلب الشهر .
