يؤدى رسم الحفظ على المحررات المشار إليها في المادة السابقة ولو كانت غير خاضعة للرسم النسبي .
ويتعدد رسم الحفظ على المحررات التي تشتمل على أكثر من موضوع بتعدد الموضوعات الواردة بها دون الجمع بينها ، فإذا كان بعضها مجهول القيمة والبعض الآخر معلوم القيمة أخذ الرسم على كل منها .
