مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق ، على من يستمر تسجيله وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون ، أو من يتم تسجيله وفقا للقانون المرافق توفيق أوضاعه خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به . ويعفى المسجلون من أداء الضريبة الإضافية خلال هذه الفترة عن فروق الضريبة وضريبة الجدول المستحقة قانونا إذا كان حسابها يتوقف على توفيق أوضاعهم ، وتضع اللائحة التنفيذية القرارات والقواعد الخاصة بتوفيق الأوضاع .
