فى حالة التوقف عن ممارسة نشاط يتعلق بسلعة أو خدمة خاضعة للضريبة أو تصفيته تستحق الضريبة على السلع التى فى حوزة المسجل وقت التصرف فيها ، إلا إذا كان الخلف مسجلا أو قام بتسجيل نفسه طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
