تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية المبالغ التى تحصلها المصلحة ثمنا للمطبوعات وطوابع البندرول والعلامات المميزة أو مقابل وضع أختام أو مصاريف التحليل أو مقابل الخدمات التى يقوم بها موظفو المصلحة وكذلك أجور العمل الذى يقومون به لحساب ذوى الشأن فى غير أوقات العمل الرسمية .
ولا تدخل هذه المبالغ فى نطاق الإعفاء أو رد الضريبة أو ضريبة الجدول المشار إليهما فى هذا القانون .
