للمسجل الحق فى تسوية الضريبة السابق سدادها على أجزاء الآلات والمعدات وقطع الغيار المستخدمة فى إنتاج سلع وخدمات خاضعة لضريبة الجدول فقط من قيمة ضريبة الجدول فى حدود المستحق منها حتى يتم استنفادها .
وللمسجل الحق فى تسوية ضريبة الجدول السابق سدادها على مردودات مبيعاته من ضريبة الجدول المستحقة وفقا للشروط والأوضاع التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية .
