يتبع فى تحصيل الضريبة والمبالغ الأخرى المستحقة بمقتضى هذا القانون أحكام القانون رقم ٣٠٨ لسنة ١٩٥٥ فى شأن الحجز الإدارى والأحكام والإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
وتسرى أحكام الفقرة الأولى من هذه المادة على الشركات والمنشآت ، أيا كان النظام القانونى المنشأة وفقا له .
