تلتزم شركة المشروع بالمحافظة على الأصول الخاصة بتشغيل المشروع وموجوداته
وحقوقه، وصيانتها والعناية بها، واستخدامها فى الغرض الذى أعدت له .
ويجب أن يتضمن عقد المشاركة الأحكام المنظمة لملكية منشآت المشروع وأصوله أثناء
مدة العقد وعند انتهائه أو إنهائه مبكرا .
